It is made in special hot furnace, with plate glass and inorganic colorant as the main raw materials. Specific heating procedure and annealing curve are set beforehand, then the glass is annealed after being heated above the softening point of the glass through special forming mold and pressing. The glass may be processed with carving, drilling, trimming and other procedures in order to meet buyer’s needs.
The hot-melt glass goes beyond the existing glass form, giving full play to the artistic conception of the designer and the processor, bringing the modern or classical art form into the glass, and makes the plate glass process all kinds of concave and convex and various colors of artistic glass.
Thickness: 2 to 50mm
Glass colors: tinted glass, the raw materials contains metal element contents and the color of the glass is like green glass (by adding Co2O3) purple glass(by adding MnO2), blue glass (Co2O3), red glass (by adding Cu2O)
Glass patterns: customized patterns
Applications: Doors, windows, walls, bathrooms, background walls, booth dividers, tabletops, vases, glass mural walls, sinks, baptism bowls, furniture, church and chapel buildings.
Further process: drilling, cutting, laminating, painting, tempering.
